The main goal for me with the images I created is to put them into different sections of the website that go along with each blog. Each picture has a meaning to the category it’s assigned as well, and the logos I made have their meaning as to why it’s just two letters.
For the three blog categories, which are “Who am I,” “Accomplishments,” and “Family,” I added pictures that I believe go with each category. For “Who am I,” I put a picture of me, and barely visible are my cousins after we went mudding a property our family owns. The picture for accomplishments is a picture I made on Canva, which says, “God is with us.” I a firm believe in god, and everything he has done for me has been for a reason: all the good and bad stuff that has happened to me has been to teach me an important lesson in life so I wouldn’t be who I am without his help and guidance so I believe that I should demonstrate who I am thankful for. It’s also the center category since that’s where whoever is on the website their attention will go and they can see what my accomplishments have been along the way. The third picture is one of my family who I also believe have helped shape me into who I am so I wanted to put a picture of them there.
I used Canva and Adobe Photoshop to help me with the images I picked out. The ones made on Canva they were made from scratch while the ones from Adobe Photoshop were pictures I edited. The reason I decided to use these tools was cause they were a bit more user-friendly for someone like me who hasn’t really used extensive photo editing or anything to do with image creation. I found these to be much easier to use compared to others. I feel confident using them since I am a bit more comfortable with Adobe Photoshop since my cousin was the one who showed me how it is used.
I do believe I need to find/ create more user-applying pictures that will grab the reader’s attention and have them drawn into each category. So as we move on some pictures will be replaced with new ones so I can have my reader’s attention. But for now, I think these are a good start to my project
